The service

CV Designer helps you build a résumé and download it as PDF or Word. You can build a CV without an account; downloading it needs a free sign-in (Google or an e-mail code). An account lets you save CVs and open them on other devices. Paid plans give higher limits, as shown on the site when you buy.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.

Your content

Your CV and photo belong to you. You promise the information you enter is yours to use and is true. If you enter another person’s details (for example a referee), you must have their permission. We do not claim any rights over it and use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy notice.

AI suggestions and scores

AI writing, the résumé check score and job matching are only suggestions. They can be wrong. Check every fact before you send your CV to anyone. We do not promise that a CV will pass any employer’s screening system or get you a job.

Fair use

Do not attack, overload or misuse the service, try to read other people’s data, or use automated tools to send many requests. We may limit or stop access to protect the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Payments and Pro passes

CV Designer is sold by Naushad Ali, trading as Diginova Digital Services (Siyohara Road, near Muslim Inter College, Thakurdwara, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244601, India). Pro is a one-time pass for a fixed number of days (30, 90 or 365). It starts when your payment succeeds, adds to any Pro days you already have, and does not renew by itself. Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay and are final: we are not registered for GST, so no tax is added. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card, UPI or bank details. Pro unlocks premium designs, Word download, job-description matching, AI tailoring and higher limits as described on the pricing page. When a pass ends, your saved CVs stay and the Free features remain. Refunds follow Refunds and cancellation.

No guarantee, limited liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Diginova Digital Services is not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version. Indian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of India.
